HOW SHE CLEARED HER SKIN…

  • Chronic acne since puberty, bloating/heartburn, PMS, low energy/brain fog

  • Accutane, several rounds of antibiotics, tretinoin, and numerous topicals, and worked w/ another practitioner for her gut but her skin wasn’t budging

  • A thorough one-hour consultation to deep dive into her symptoms, history, lifestyle, and more AND prior to getting her lab results in, I had her: double down on hydration with added minerals/electrolytes, focus on providing her body with enough nutrients/food for her activity level and made sure she didn’t skip meals, had her stop working out fasted, and focus on her morning/nighttime routine to optimize her sleep and nervous system from the ground up

  • She already had a solid foundation of nutrition and ate minimally processed foods but she had a tendency to skip meals, high-stress job/history of stressors, strenuous workouts/fasting, and scattered sleep

    • Presence of h pylori‍ ‍

    • Lack of good bacteria and the start of overgrowth of bad bacteria

    • Candida starting to show up

    • Overactive immune response and reactivity to gluten

    • Moderate GI inflammation and low pancreatic enzyme function

    • And this doesn’t include her comprehensive lab results which showed sub-optimal vitamin D levels, high LDL, and more!

    • Supported and prep her drainage pathways

    • Gave her immune system some love + repleted minerals

    • Targeted h pylori/dysbiosis eradication

    • Gave her gut lining some added tools to heal and reduce inflammation

    • Boosted her vitamin D levels and other targeted supplements all for an indicated reason

    • And most of all continued to have her focus on all those non-negotiable foundational pillars of her healing with nutrition, nervous system regulation, hydration, blood sugar balancing, etc.
